A servant is a person who performs duties for others, especially a person employed in a house on domestic duties or as a personal attendant.
A savant is a person of great learning or natural ability.
On this day, I celebrate an intellectual savant who has made himself a servant of life towards the advancement of scholarship and the betterment of humanity: happy birthday, Professor Akin Odebunmi!
