Obligatory “A”

The lady is ~running temperature~ (nonstandard).
The lady is *running a temperature* (standard).
If you are running a temperature or if you have a temperature, your temperature is higher than it usually is.

When she received the gift, she was ~at loss for words~ (nonstandard).
When she received the gift, she was *at a loss for words* (standard).
When you are at a loss for words, you are so amazed, shocked, or moved by something that you do not know what to say or how to express your feelings in words. This can also be expressed as being lost for words:
When she received the gift, she was *lost for words*.

He is responsible *beyond a shadow of a doubt* (standard).
He is responsible *beyond a shadow of doubt* (equally standard).
If you know or believe something beyond a shadow of a doubt, you are certain that it is true.
