To make separate pieces of paper into a book is to bind them and the past and past participle is bound.

I found a ~spiral-binded~ book on the floor (nonstandard).
I found a *spiral-bound* book on the floor (standard).
A spiral-bound book/document has a spiral-shaped piece of metal or plastic holding its pages together.

The house is ~bound~ by a market to the right and a shop to the left (nonstandard).
The house is *bounded* by a market to the right and a shop to the left (standard).
If an area of land is bounded by something, that thing is situated around its edge.

Young people’s lives are now ~bound~ by social media and television (nonstandard).
Young people’s lives are now *bounded* by social media and television (standard).
If someone’s life or situation is bounded by certain things, those are its most important aspects and it is limited or restricted by them.
