Professor Jide Ajidahun has been my cheerleader for ~donkey years~ (nonstandard).
Professor Jide Ajidahun has been my cheerleader for *donkey’s years* (standard).
For donkey’s years means for a very long time.

I am always ~short of words~ when I get his commendation daily (nonstandard).
I am always *lost for words* when I get his commendation daily (standard).
I am always *at a loss for words* when I get his commendation daily (standard).
If someone is lost for words or at a loss for words, they cannot think of anything to say, especially because they are very surprised by something.

~The last but not the least~, he prays for me always (nonstandard).
*Last but not least*, he prays for me always (standard).
You use last but not least to say that the last person or thing to be mentioned is as important as all the others.
