I ~would rather you leave~ tomorrow morning (nonstandard).
I *would rather you left* tomorrow morning (standard).
“Would rather” is a subjunctive which means to prefer, choose, or desire one thing over another in a specific, present, or future situation. It is commonly used as “‘d rather” and it takes the past tense verb. Note that the verb should be in the present form when there is no noun or pronoun after the subjunctive:
I ~would rather left~ tomorrow (nonstandard).
I *would rather leave* tomorrow standard).
