If you seek something such as a job or a place to live, you try to find one.
I am ~demanding for~ my right from him (nonstandard).
I am *demanding* my right from him (standard).
If you demand something such as information or action, you ask for it in a very forceful way. Note however that the word, “demand” can take a preposition if used as a noun:
I am making *a demand for* my right (standard).
We really need to ~emphasise on~ this point (nonstandard).
We really need to *emphasise* this point (standard).
To emphasise something means to indicate that it is particularly important or true, or to draw special attention to it. The noun form is “emphasis” and that attracts the preposition, “on”:
We really need to lay *emphasis on* this point (standard).
