Verbs in Correspondence

The winners in this year’s contest are ~as follow~… (nonstandard).
The winners in this year’s contest are *as follows*… (standard).
You use “as follows” in writing or speech to introduce something such as a list, description, or explanation.

I ~look forward to work~ with you (nonstandard).
I *look forward to working* with you (standard).
If you look forward to something that is going to happen, you want it to happen because you think you will enjoy it and the verb has to be in the progressive form.
