They get busy with *chitchat* everyday (standard).
Chitchat means informal conversation about unimportant matters. Although chat can be treated as a countable or uncountable noun, chitchat is an uncountable noun.
He was found guilty of professional ~misconducts~ (nonstandard).
He was found guilty of professional *misconduct* (standard).
She writes ~softwares~ for some companies (nonstandard).
She writes *software* for some companies (standard).
Computer programs are referred to as software.
