MORAL, MORALS or MORALE?

Many of them have no ~moral~ (nonstandard).
Many of them have no ~morale~ (nonstandard).
Many of them have no *morals* (standard).
Morals are principles and beliefs concerning right and wrong behaviour.

I consider it a ~morale~ obligation (nonstandard).
I consider it a *moral* obligation (standard).
Moral is an adjective, and it means something relating to beliefs about what is right or wrong.
NB: Moral can be used as a noun if preceded by “the”. The moral of a story or event is what you learn from it about how you should or should not behave:
*The moral* of the story is clear. ✔️

The workers seem to be suffering from low ~moral~ (nonstandard).
The workers seem to be suffering from low *morale* (standard).
Morale is the amount of confidence and cheerfulness seen in a person or group.
