Young people need to steer clear of drugs (standard). To avoid or keep away from something or someone is to steer clear.
We were ~stucked~ in traffic for an hour (nonstandard).
We were stuck in traffic for an hour (standard). To be unable to move is to be stuck, not stucked
. Note that “stuck up” means to be proud and considering yourself to be very important:
She’s so stuck up, she won’t even talk to anyone. ✔️
They are a bunch of stuck-up snobs. ✔️
