With or Without ‘ly’?

I know ~fully well~ that teaching is my calling (nonstandard).
I know full well that teaching is my calling (standard). When you know something without a doubt, you know it full well.

~Funny enough~ , he doesn’t know me (nonstandard).
Funnily enough, he doesn’t know me (standard). You use funnily enough to indicate that, although something is surprising, it is true or really happened.
