Concord: The man sing or the man sings?

~The man sing~ very well (nonstandard).
*The man sings* very well (standard).
When the noun/pronoun is in singular form, the verb must be in singular form too. Note that the singular form of the verb takes s.

*Exceptions to the singular noun/pronoun-singular verb rule:*
1. “You” takes a plural verb whether it refers to one person, or one or more persons:
~You likes~ rice. ❌
*You like* rice. ✅

2. “I” takes a plural verb always:
~I eats~ a lot. ❌
*I eat* a lot. ✅

3. The plural main verb is used with a singular noun/pronoun when an auxiliary verb precedes the main verb:
~He does not lies~ to me. ❌
*He does not lie* to me. ✅
~Does he comes~ always? ❌
*Does he come* always? ✅
